Nemus\u00edte v\u0161ak nutn\u011b posilovat v posilovn\u011b a zvedat t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u010dinky, n\u011bkomu sta\u010d\u00ed klidn\u011b posilov\u00e1n\u00ed s vlastn\u00ed v\u00e1hou nebo jen \u010dist\u00fd pohyb, a to nap\u0159\u00edklad ch\u016fze, b\u011bh nebo cyklistika.
